client wants me to hand over some things I have purchased to a web design firm so they can do the client's website.

He has listed the following:

All the photos that we have used in our current website and marketing materials
Logos
Color schemes/numbers/fonts

Would it be legal to hand over stock photos and fonts?

I know it's up to me to hand over anything I've designed and if he asks, I will of course say no.

If you purchased something and then turned around and billed the client explicitly for that something, it's the client's and you should turn it over to them.

No, this is strictly illegal.  They will have to purchase their own license if they wish to use them.

If he purchases stock photography and fonts then incorporates them into his designs and sells the design to his client, he has purchased the right to implement them into his own designs, not to give them to anybody else to use.  For the client to own the rights to the stock and fonts, they must have been billed specifically for each one, and the rights should then be signed over in a new license.
