Hey guys, I worked up a quick wallpaper design for my webcomic and thought you might enjoy it. It's a little ode to David Carson - who I give a nod to in my comic as well - and some of his work at Ray Gun. Enjoy :)

I have also, finally, got the site dedicated to the webcomic that the above wallpapers reference up and going. You can check that site out and the comic at this link. Keep in mind that the website is still very much a work in progress, but I am updating the comic five days a week now and that should be working fine. :)

Oops, I meant to mention that the webcomic, in most part, deals with the daily lives of creatives like us. Mostly graphic designer and illustrators, but musicians as well. Alot of the gags and stories are based on actual real things I have dealt with in the business. Thanks. :)

i'm not sure i'm getting the "ode" part, nothing really seems to remind me of his style.

Yeah I see what you mean, I may have been a bit misleading there, it's not so much an ode to his style rather than what he did with an article once at Ray Gun where he took an article that he thought was not really worth reading and set it all in Zapf Dingbats because, in his opinion, at least that way it was interesting to look at :) I have always thought that was awesome.
